FreeScout 1.8.47 is now available. This release includes new features, minor changes and bug fixes.

FreeScout 1.8.47 is the super lightweight free open source help desk and shared inbox written in PHP7 (Laravel 5.5 framework).

• Allow to convert phone conversations into email conversations by adding email to the customer and replying to conversation.

• Fixed translation placeholder in the alert email (#2508)
